Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the webpage of the Deanship of Development and Quality, one of the University's strategic pillars for institutional excellence and the continuous enhancement of academic and administrative performance. We firmly believe that quality is not merely a set of standards or procedures; rather, it is an institutional culture and a sustainable practice that drives organizational effectiveness, improves outcomes, and strengthens the University's competitiveness and leadership.
The Deanship leads the University's development and quality initiatives through an integrated structure comprising the Center for Total Quality and Excellence and the Center for Training and Capacity Building. Together, these centers encompass specialized departments responsible for studies and development, graduate programs in quality and excellence management, accreditation and institutional excellence, training and capacity building, and self-assessment. This integrated framework ensures the alignment of planning, institutional development, human capacity enhancement, quality culture, academic and institutional accreditation, and continuous improvement across all university’s units.
The Deanship is committed to delivering high-quality programs, conducting specialized studies, developing human capital, and empowering colleges and academic departments to adopt international best practices in quality assurance, governance, and self-assessment. These efforts contribute to achieving the University's strategic objectives while keeping pace with national priorities and global developments in higher education.
